Day 30 has arrived and the final challenge has been completed. The challenge was to draw whatever I liked so in honor of my online web blog the subject of my final challenge is none other that the one and only Spiderman! I have been a HUGE fan of this Stan Lee creation for many years, swinging through the pages of my favorite comic book with my friendly neighborhood Spiderman. One of the reasons I became interested in illustration is because of the pencils and inks of Todd McFarlane, who was the main Spidey artist in the early 90’s. Great line work and figure postering really expressed the versatile character of Spiderman and it was a type of storytelling that really fascinated me with its subtlety. Thank you to all who followed me on this challenge and for going on this journey with me. Look for future blog posts and creative updates on projects I am working on. It has been a pleasure.
